DONATION & SPONSORSHIP REQUEST FORM

All of us here at Superior Plumbing strive to be good citizens in the Metro Atlanta surrounding communities. In doing so, we have made it our chosen responsibility to support causes that benefit and grow charities that help special needs children and their families. We acknowledge that there are numerous causes worthy of our support. However, we feel that focusing our resources on areas that support special needs children in our community will make a greater impact for those that need our help most.

Superior Plumbing will do our very best to respond to your request if we are able to identify with your very important effort or cause.

Our response to your request will be determined upon asking ourselves the following questions:

• Is your organization/event clearly nonprofit or charitable? If not, we may feel that your request would benefit better by speaking with other local charities.
• Is your request coming from an organization that will assist in helping special needs children and/or their families in our communities?
• Does contributing to your organization touch on our prioritized areas of help?

Although every event or cause is important, we have identified certain areas which Superior Plumbing typically does not donate or sponsor.

Below are some identified events we DON'T typically sponsor:

• Runs/walks, tennis tournaments, race car teams, gymnastics, bands, golf tournaments, motorcycle rides, individual/team sports sponsorships, and disc golf
